• Implementing successful adoption of the free, open source TWAIN Direct protocol for cloud scanning with ISVs and scanner hardware manufacturers through evangelization to the document management industry. Methods include multiple marketing and educational programs, partnering and regular events.
• Creation, maintenance and evolution of multiple information portals such as websites, forums, resource sites and more to further TWAIN Direct education, adoption and developer success.
